This small cop who looks like a tiny peanut suddenly stops this innocent bicycle rider and harasses him in California. She was trying to arrest him when he was refusing to ID himself because he didn't comit a crime but she was too weak to put him in handcuffs. She eventually had to call this male police officer to get him handcuffed and arrested. If you can't really perform your police duty, why did you take the job and get paid $4,000 / month? What a waste of our tax money.

흠... 불법을 저질렀나(범죄인가)와 ID 요구가 정당했나 부터가 일단 의문이긴하네요.
여경이 제압을 못한 어처구니 없는 부분은 뒤로 한다쳐도요.

우리나라는 일제와 군부에서 내려온 공권력에 대한 반감이 있어서
이미지와 권한을 줄여 신뢰를 쌓아왔고
최근 십년은 반대로 다시 강화하는 중이죠
제복 색을 보면 느낄수 있을겁니다
어두운색 -> 밝은색 -> 다시 어두운색 ㅎㅎ
인도에서 타는게잘못된거죠
우리나라는 오토바이도 인도로 다니는데
벌금하나도 안내던데....ㅠㅠ
곱게 협조해달라고 할때 협조해주지;
미국 특유의 경찰의 공권력에서나 가능하지, 유럽같은 곳에서는 택도 없습니다.
법이 엄정해야 질서가 지켜진다구요?..
과연 그럴까요?

고작 보도블럭이라뇨? 인도입니다. 자전거는 차도로 다니는 겁니다. 제가 지금 살고 있는 호주에서도 인도로 다니면 경찰이 무조건 잡아서 벌금 때립니다. 보호장비 필수이구요. 법이 엄정해야 질서가 지켜집니다. 그건 사실입니다.
