1. 해외 사이트에서 옷을 구매했는데 구매를 일부 잘못해서 취소해 달라는 메일을 보냈습니다.

아래처럼 답변이 왔구요.

2. 그런데 몇시간 후에 카드 결재 승인 문자가 같은 금액으로 또 오더라구요.

그래서 두번 결재되었으며 취소를 다시 요청한다는 메일을 보냈는데, 아래처럼 답변이 왔어요.

구글/네이버 번역을 돌려봤는데, 이 답장이 아무리 봐도 헷갈려서 해석 좀 부탁드립니다.

The payment of this order was already settled at the time of the purchase so we could only REFUND the original payment.

So this is correct that you would get charged for this and you will see another transaction of refund later on.

This refund transaction is already settled so you will be notified by your credit card issuer for this credit note.
