옥션 통해 처음으로 중국 PC 구매후 발생한 1. 유튜브 시청중 멈춤 현상, 2. 블루투스 스피커 사용중 무선마우스 움직일 때 잡음 발생 현상 에 대해 공유해 보려고 합니다.

옥션 통해 SER8 구매 후 가끔 사용하는 데 4개월 정도 지나니 반복되는 사소한 문제가 짜증나기 시작하면서 해결해야 겠다고 생각되어 비링크 서비스팀에 유튜브 시청중 멈춤 현상 관련하여 메일 보내니 조치 사항을 몇번 보내줌.

③Please change another power supply.

④Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel ---power option---change to High performance--- change plan setting---advanced setting ---processor power management--- change both 100% to 99% , click save.

비링크 제품인지 알고 구입했는데 비링크 제품이 아니라고 한다. 어처구니 없는 상황이다.

결국 유투브 사용 중 멈춤 현상을 여러 시행착오를 거쳐 스스로 해결.

• 유튜브 영상 틀어 놓은 상태에서 다른 작업 중 화면 멈춤 현상(마우스는 작동) 발생시 다른 가상 데스크톱 화면으로 가면 멈춤 현상 없어질 때.

해결책은 웹브라우져(크롬,엣지 등) 설정 내의 그래픽 또는 하드웨어 가속 사용을 비활성화 시킴. 

• 블루투스스피커 사용시 무선마우스 움직일 때마다 “찍찍-“ 잡음 발생하여, 기존에 장착되어 있던 AX200 와이파이/블루투스 카드를 AX210으로 바꿈. 하드웨어 교체후 인텔 사이트에서 드라이버 다시 설치했는 데도 증상은 줄었지만 조금씩 잡음 발생함.

해결책은 장치 관리자를 열고 "보기"를 클릭 한 다음 "숨겨진 장치 표시"를 선택한 다음 "블루투스"섹션에서 이전 및 새 블루투스 장치를 볼 수 있습니다. 둘 다 제거한 다음 "네트워크 어댑터"섹션으로 이동하여 모든 인텔 관련 "Wi-Fi"드라이버를 제거하고 인텔 브랜드의 이더넷 어댑터가있는 경우 이더넷 드라이버를 제거하지 마십시오. PC를 다시 시작하고 드라이버를 설치.
