한국에서 구입하여 AppleCare 가입한 iPhone을 미국에 출장 와서 사용하다가 고장이 나서 지니어스 갔는데
도와줄 수 있는 게 없다고 하더라구요
처음 알았습니다 ㅠ
그리고 검색해 보니까 미국으로 가입 하시는 분들도 있고, 매월 플랜으로 하면 계속 연장이 된다는 것도 알았습니다
점점 더 복잡해 지고 있는 상황인데요…
다음 iPhone을 한국, 미국 어디에서 AppleCare 가입 해야 하는지 궁금합니다
iPhone 자체는 한국에서 계속 구입 하게 될 것 같고
미국 신용카드는 있기 때문에 결제는 이슈가 없습니다
가족에게 물려 주는 경우가 많아서 매월 비용을 내면 AppleCare가 계속 유지 됐으면 좋겠습니다
한국과 미국에서 전부 지니어스 사용 가능 했으면 좋겠구요

애플 스토어 직원이 여러번 가입시도를 하다가 다른 직원 이사람 저사람 묻고 제게 이거 어디서 구입했냐고 물어봐서 한국에서 가입했다고 하니 가입 안된다고 안내를 받았습니다 ㅠㅠ
한국 애플케어 가입해야 된다고...

셀룰러 제품이라 모델이 국가마다 상이합니다. 반면 다른 제품들은 그렇지 않아서 어떤 국가에 가도 수리가 됩니다.
어디서 AC+ 가입할지 물어볼게 아니라, 오래/자주 머무는 곳을 본인에 맞게 가입하세요.
셀룰러 모델이라 mmWave 때문에 국내판 기준으로 외관도 다르게 생겼고 미국 애케플이 가입되어 있었습니다.
부분 수리의 경우 액정이런건 해주고요

외국에서 듀얼심 모델 구매하고 애케플도 외국에서 진행했지만 한국서비스로 이관되서 원화결제한 저 같은 사람도 있습니다.
