그냥 신기해서 찾아봤어용...

 

'풀파워로 돌려도 옆에서 말하는 대화는 들릴 수 있도록' 정도로 해석되네요...

 

결론: 콩국수집 기계는 나사 기술이 맞음.ㅎ
